Should be required reading for C J Administrators

Criminal Justice Technology for the 21st Century. A book that was used as principle text for a graduate class at International College. It should be required reading for all senior staff, Sheriff's, Chief's, and Police Officer Standards administrators. Most justice agencies are not up to speed or close to industry standards in the way they compile and distribute meaningful information.
