This book will make a good addition to any home sewer's library. It's written with a clearly British flavor (flavour?. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. How to's for most of the more common types of treatments are addressed. The authors describe hardware options and illustrate several unexpected and very clever ways to dress your windows. The artwork and photography are well done with some useful decorating suggestions demonstrated. It's not limited to only fabric. Several types of non-fabric treatments are included with some easy to duplicate painting techniques. This book would make a great gift for a new bride or a young person moving into there own place. I'm glad I added it to my collection.
