I picked this up for my grandchildren since my daughter is named Chloe. This is a charming book set in France, with numerous references to French culture. It also does a very nice job of sibling rivalry and jealousy. This also mentions Chloe perfume. The pictures are colorful and amusing appropriate to the story.
