This is an excellent little book written in non-technical terms showing how the various aspects of chaos theory work in the real world. The authors encourage readers to think in practical terms. The result for me was to understand the theory better as I saw how it applies to decisions about how NOT to "run" a company or the economy. There are far reaching implications here concerning social problems and their "solutions" using the vertical decision making model of top-down management.
