Applying the paradoxes of life to extend your lifespan
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 15 years ago
I found this book very enlightening and easy to read. Dr. Cooper tells how to recognize the symptoms of stress and reduce them through targeting several key areas in one's life. He explains how in each area of your life there are paradoxes that, when embraced, will reduce stress. An example of this is exercise. He discusses what bad stress does to your body, the importance of exercise and what is does to your body in easy to understand medical terms. He continues on to tell how applying more or good stress will reduce the bad stress in your body. He touches on the mental stress, emotional stress, etc. and teaches the paradoxes on reducing that stress. I enjoyed this book so much, I've sent it on to my son. It's a keeper.
