This book is written simply and has everything from Food to Makeup. Both my 24 year old daughter and I loved reading it so much we ordered another so we won't fight over it.

This book was more than I expected. I currently use Dr. Hauschka products but this book gave great insight on why your skin does what it does and gave home remedies which are less expensive. Dr. Hauschka products is a great product but is on the high end of pricing so I am using the home remedies for some things and love it. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in understanding your skin better.

After suffering from acne for more than a decade, I was anxious to try a healthy alternative to prescriptions and over-the-counter products. After a month following most of the recommendations in the book, my complexion isn't perfect but it looks a lot better. The recipes are delicious, even the ones I didn't think I'd like. But the program is really about making a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Highly recommend this book.

This is a beautiful book with a balanced approach to aging, beauty, and health. (I've happily used Dr. Hauschka products for almost 20 years, so I'll admit to being biased.) Highly recommended to those who use the products as well as to those who would like to learn more about a holistic lifestyle. Excellent!
