I somehow "acquired" this book. (I don't remember where, when or how I acquired it.) I began browsing through it by just looking at the author's great pictures and reading the captions. I kept getting distracted because I would continue on and start reading the text also. Finally, I just gave up that route & read the entire book, cover to cover, text and captions together.
