Extremely Helpful and Well Organized

I purchased this book for my mother who recently learned she has breast cancer. She loves the book and was immediately able to use it to help her through her surgery and post-operative treatment (i.e., which vitamins to take, etc.). The book does a great job of explaining known risk factors for breast cancer and gives concise information on steps to take to reduce your risk (diet, exercise, herbs, vitamins, spiritual, lifestyle, etc.). I liked the book so much I purchased my own copy and have been recommending it to friends.
